Este o reteta foarte bogata in nutrienti- vitamine, minerale, fibre, fitonutrienti si, nu in ultimul rand, proteine. Ceea ce o face ideala pentru a fi servita la pranz sau cina, acasa sau la birou.Â

Ingredients
- OÂ legatura de patrunjel proaspat, tocat marunt
- 200-300g boabe de naut fierte sau 1/2 conserva de naut fiert
- 1 conserva mica quinoa (optional)
- 2 rosii medii, taiate cubulete mici
- 2 castraveti mici, taiati cubulete
- 2 fire de ceapa verde, tocate marunt
- 2 catei de usturoi, zdrobit
- Cateva frunze de menta proaspata, tocata marunt
- 1 lingura ulei de masline extravirgin
- Suc proaspat de lamaie, dupa gust
- Sare, dupa gust
Instructions
- Amesteca ingredientele principale intr-un bol.
- Adauga sarea, uleiul de masline si zeama de lamaie.
